We were responsible for the recruitment branding, recruitment site design and development, still photography, and motion graphics production for Renxa Co., Ltd., a company specializing in sales and marketing support with a focus on lifeline products.

(Styling)

We were approached by Renxa Co., Ltd. when they transitioned from being part of a group-wide recruitment process to conducting their own independent recruitment for new graduates. The challenge was to visualize the type of talent Renxa seeks and to uncover the value of joining Renxa by focusing on its business expansion, systems, and strengths, rather than emphasizing the entire group. The company is certified as a "white company," recognized for its commitment to employee well-being, fostering a flat and youthful work culture, and offering diverse business opportunities. Despite the stability of being part of a publicly listed group, we aimed to highlight the abundant career opportunities within Renxa, positioning it as a venture company rich in career potential. The recruitment tagline was crafted to instill a sense of ownership in applicants: "Starting a new chain reaction with you." In the visual identity, we expanded on Renxa’s brand colors—blue, pink, black, and gray—by adding yellow to represent new possibilities and hopeful job seekers. The motion graphics incorporated a gradient that symbolized these colors blending together, representing new opportunities and growth.
