Nagoya Diamond Dolphins is a prestigious professional basketball team in Nagoya, boasting a 76-year history and consistently competing at the top of the B.League. To establish and deeply integrate the club as a prominent symbol of Nagoya and a stronger brand than ever before, we are supporting their club operations as their Brand & Creative Partner. Our comprehensive support ranges from formulating brand strategies to executing inner branding and marketing initiatives.

To realize the vision of becoming "The Pride of Nagoya = An Iconic Symbol," we led the formulation of their core brand strategy. This included developing the tagline "POWER FROM THE CENTRAL" and its accompanying brand statement, as well as building their Visual Identity (VI), including the design system and secondary logo. With the 2025 opening of IG Arena—one of Japan’s largest mega-venues—as their new home court, the club faced the critical challenge of significantly boosting attendance. To address this, we defined "PLAY LIKE A HERO" as the internal concept and comprehensively designed everything from inner branding to creative direction, marketing strategy, and promotional planning. On the final day of the regular season, the club achieved its goal with 13,758 attendees, ultimately crowning them No.1 in the league for average attendance.
