(Description)
Global Sports Medical Research Institute Co., Ltd., which operates the Judo Federation of Japan-designated "Shinkyu Massage Global Treatment Clinic" and the relaxation space "Temomin," celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2022. As part of their corporate rebranding efforts, we revamped their recruitment site.

The goal of this recruitment site branding project was to increase applications from holders (and future holders) of national certifications, as well as to boost the number of new graduate applicants and hires. To effectively reach and appeal to potential candidates, we were responsible for developing the recruitment concept, tagline, statements, key visuals, concept movie, and the overall planning and production of the recruitment site. For the Global Sports Medical Research Institute's recruitment site, we created the tagline, "Harnessing skills. Empowering people." This message was crafted to resonate with aspiring candidates who are committed to acquiring skills and caring for the human body. Through copywriting and visual materials, we highlighted the company's approach to technical skill inheritance through direct employment of all staff, its culture of embracing change and innovation, and its commitment to valuing staff as a unified team. The site was designed to guide users from the first view to the entry form with rich content and interactive elements.
