Dr. Training Co., Ltd., which operates various businesses including personal gym services, goes beyond "bodywork" to provide "life-making services" aimed at improving overall life performance. In line with the company's plans for further business expansion, we executed a comprehensive rebranding that included developing a corporate brand strategy, visual identity, uniform design, store design, and the renewal of their website.

At the time of our consultation with Dr. Training Co., Ltd., they were expanding beyond their core personal training business to include semi-personal training, product development and sales, and educational programs. Our goal was to create a unified brand identity across all these ventures, ensuring that each business aligned with the company’s mission of "building a body for life, not just for a moment." Dr. Training’s unique approach is rooted in the scientific methods that founder Mr. Yamaguchi learned during his time as a Major League trainer. To leverage this strength, we positioned the brand as "The Medical Experts of the Training World." This proposition was applied across all services: "A personal gym with 'Training World Medical Experts'," "A semi-personal gym with 'Training World Medical Experts'," "Nutrition products supervised by 'Training World Medical Experts'," and "A school that nurtures the next generation of 'Training World Medical Experts'." To convey this global-standard scientific method and medical approach, the visual concept was framed as "The Sports Science Lab of the Future," which guided the development of the visual identity. The logo design was sharp yet conveyed a sense of trust and stability. For the brand color palette, light gray and white were chosen to reflect cleanliness, while accenting with red expressed the warmth and approachability of the staff. The interior design concept of "Future Lab × Universality × Warmth" balanced a stylish, futuristic look with a welcoming atmosphere. Uniforms were inspired by a doctor’s white coat, reinforcing the medical expert theme. The website featured dynamic photography and graphics within a minimal layout, embodying the cutting-edge feel of a science lab.
